This course covers a broad range of topics, including the concept of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), its objectives, types of RAP, and the components of a Resettlement Action Plan. Learners will gain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the various components involved in RAP and its implementations.
In, addition, the course will cover the various laws and regulations governing Resettlement Plans, identification of Project Affected Persons, and the methodology involved such as mapping, census, socioeconomic studies, inventory of Affected Assets, and consultation with Affected people concerning assistance benefits among others.
